International ME Awareness Day

Today is International Myalgic Encephalomyelitis (ME) Awareness Day.

This year’s May 12th ME awareness campaign theme is to do with learning about ME from the experts, i.e., the people with ME and the carers of those with ME.

It is important that this community has a voice to educate, to create policy & guidelines, to inform service providers & to keep them informed, to include them to steer appropriate healthcare & be continually part of the living changing guidelines.

People in the ME community want to say something about their illness to educate others and raise awareness about Myalgic Encephalomyelitis (ME). Here is their recent feedback in the images below.
